The Real Estate and Housing Market in Colorado
The real estate and housing market in Colorado had strong sales over the summer. This was particularly true for the higher end markets. The mid-level markets also did fairly well. Both June and July proved to be great months. Since Colorado only had a modest spring, the strong sales came as a bit of a surprise.

Dude Ranches
When it comes to thinking about Colorado, the mind can easily wander to days of the old west when cattle ranching and wrangling was the norm.
